excellent stay, minor hiccup

the service from the staff stood out. the hotel grounds were meticulously maintained, from gardens to the rooms. the room was large and comfortable with a nice view. the gym was also large and it had a good range of machines!
the key cards used a magnetic strip, they were frustratingly sensitive to interference. i needed to reset the key cards multiple times a day.

The location is close to a shopping center. it feels like you are in the country. the golf course views are beautiful, it is very peaceful and serene for a quick city getaway.

I found the hotel very clean and quiet. This helped me focus on my work. the breakfast was also good, staff members were available and asked if i needed anything. the housekeeping team checked on my room daily. They changed sheets and cleaned everything well. i am grateful.
The restaurant waiters seemed quite unfriendly, perhaps they were having a bad day. they were very slow. I waited about fifteen minutes before someone asked if i had been helped.

I appreciated the friendly staff and their attentive service. The premises felt BEAUTIFUL, particularly the bar overlooking the golf course. Watching the sunset there was a highlight. Every staff member offered excellent service. The reception area was cute, and the bedrooms smelled refreshing and were clean.
